Organic memory gains momentum
Article Abstract:
Hybrid devices consisting of memory chips which relies on organic compounds for storage of information gains momentum. These hybrid devices does not make the computer powerful but do not require clean room fabrication and are cheaper, it replaces the capacitor in standard silicon DRAMS which is costly.

The $1500 Robomow from Friendly Robotics can automatically mow a lawn that measures 400 to 600 square meters on a single charge. The device has a power equivalent to a 5.5-horsepower gas mower and could be manually controlled for the instances when the device misses some spots on the lawn.
